  When the food is fresh it's really good. The service is kind of spotty. I had ordered some chicken with dirty rice and then a side of fries. One manager put a box and a bag on the counter in front of me and said "here you go" so I reached down in the bag and pulled out a fry and about the time I put it to my mouth a different manager came from around the counter and said "that isn't yours" and snatched the bag from the counter and took it out to another customer that had been pulled up to wait on their food from the drive thru. I was appalled that even though she has saw me put my hand down into the bag and pull out a fry that she still took it out to another customer. I think that's against food safety polices. When she came back in I explained to her that I had also ordered a side of fries. She apologized and made me another order. I probably won't be back because I don't want to be the person who gets food that has potentially been touched by another customer. It's just not sanitary.

  Fries are always old and mushy. Employees have bad attitudes. They don't clean their chicken before cooking it. My buffalo wings had huge feathers on them, I told the manager and the employees they alll got an attitude.
